Small Change Company Director Profile

 

Robyn Michael is the Director of the Small Change Company. 
 
She has extensive experience in Human Resources working in large private companies, local government and running her own small retail business. She has worked with the Federal government advising small, medium and large organizations across Australia in IR and agreement making and with RMIT University as a Senior HR Consultant.
 
 
 She holds a Bachelor of Art majoring in Human Resources Management and is also  a trained mediator and a Professional Counsellor.
 
Her main areas of expertise are:

  • performance management,
  • policy development,
  • conflict resolution
  • and workplace relations.
Robyn was a state councillor for the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) in both Queensland and Victoria and involved as a mentor and a regional special interest group organizer. She has the qualification of a CAHRI.
 
Robyn is a specialist facilitator and an excellent communicator who can advise both large and small organizations with all human resource issues that arise.
