Many Jews with disabilities want to be part of Jewish life, but they face barriers to participation. Small Change Company’s first project is a pin that helps bring awareness to these barriers. The pin’s logo is the symbol for Jewish Disability Awareness and Inclusion Month (JDAIM), which occurs each year in February; the blue and gold strands in the pin that form a Jewish star remind us that inclusion is woven into the fabric of Jewish life. Inclusion is a Jewish value.
The pins retail for $10. Nonprofit organizations purchasing 18 or more pins receive a 45% discount. Nonprofits that choose to resell the discounted pins will earn nearly $4.50 for every pin they sell.
Man can alter his life by altering his thinking.
