The Small Change Guarantee

The following guarantee is only for our pre-made items and not for custom products. For a statement of guarantee regarding our custom products, please read the Terms and Conditions section on this website.

At Small Change we carefully inspect our products before shipping. We guarantee Small Change products to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace at no extra cost to you any product that is defective due to a manufacturing error. If you received the wrong item, and it was our error, we will also replace the item at no extra cost to you.

Claims must be emailed to us within 10 days of receipt of product, with the words “Merchandise Inquiry”  in the subject line. Please include your invoice number (if available), a detailed description of the product issue, your mailing address and phone number and also attach a photo of the product. We do not issue refunds or credit. Within two days of your request, a Small Change Representative will contact you and arrange for product replacement. Replaced products will be shipped First Class.
